Lead Times

We typically dispatch all in-stock items within the next business day. However, in some cases, it may take up to three business days. Made-to-order items require additional processing time. If an item is out of stock or made to order, the estimated lead time will be indicated on the product page.

Return Policy

Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

Items discounted by 80% or more are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for voluntary returns or exchanges.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal where applicable, or statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered or misdescribed goods.

If exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, customers must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of their withdrawal. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
